GOD gifted such a beautiful organ to express our feelings. I always thankful to God for giving such sensitive organs.
Emotions changes time to time. Different aged persons have different emotions. It also different in males and females. Here we will discuss all the points deeply in different ways, according to different people.

Many people were never taught how to express their Emotions. Because they do not know how to express them, they wind up repressing their emotions instead.
Expressing emotions is the best way to release the pent up feelings.
In my point of view, one should recognize the importance of expressing emotions in life, because unexpressed emotions affect our life.
